Hi Everyone.
I am looking for help with my 2002 Ford E-450 7.3 power stroke RV motor home. gvw 14.500lbs I scailed it at 10.574lbs. (at the truckstop) At that weight we are getting 9.5-9.0mpg
on the open road. We were getting 13.5-14.0mpg when NEW 2002 at that weight.
On the way out to Az in (2006 in oct.) we got 9.5-9.0mpg
Same weight.
We were getting 13.4-14.0mpg from 2002-2006 We took it to a Ford dealer and they said that they reprogramed the computer and that i should be getting better fuel milage. I did Not, I got 10.5-10.0mpg
on the way back to NY. in 2007 I was also told that their is No Chip that could be used that would help.
I do not have any problem when driving as for power, it runs great and pulls great, We pull a race car trailer loaded with it local.
