Some weird stuff w/ 04 f150

I got a 04 f150, 5.4l. new style 4x4.

So it started with a dead battery yesterday. I have a cd player, amp and subs in there. So that could be the problem. But I jumped it and it was fine. I let it sit for about 5 hours without driving. Then this morning I go out to start it and its dead again. So I took out my fuse that runs my amp. Put on a set of chargers. When I walk away i notice that my lights wont turn off. So I flip the switch to manual and attempt to turn them off. They stay on. Longer then 5 minutes. And I imagine they stayed until the battery was completely dead.

When I get home from work I see that my charger isn't fully plugged in. But I hear a weird ticking noise from the back of the cab. Then after it ticks for about 7 seconds the front right part of my truck ticks. Where the relay box is.

I got a jump and it started fine.

Any ideas? The truck only has 34,000miles.
