Spedo help

'06 F450 6.0L PowerStroke landscape dump - my spedometer went haywire today. Was driving down the highway at about 45 mph and it was registering 85. It's totally off now, won't go below 65 or so, even when I'm stopped. Everything else seems fine, any ideas?

Re: Spedo help

It's the rear wheel speed sensor. It can also make the parking brake light or ABS light come on your dash when it fails. it'll run about $50 depending on where you buy it, perhaps even less. I'm not sure about your truck, but on my Durango it's located right on top of the rear axle.
