Steering issues

Ok I just noticed a problem with the 2001 f 250....When turning im hearing a poping noise and a grinding noise. I popped the hood and was turning the wheel i would pop and the hoses would vibrate....the resivour is full...i dont see any fluid leaking...i have no idea where to start besides taking the truck somewhere and sayin here im gettin a new one :-(

it seems to only do it after its been running a while..... when its first started up during the day its fine....fluid looked good and full

I think ive figgured it out....the power steering pump went capoot on me. Steering is HARDDDDDD now
