Suspension Questions

Hey,
I have a 04 F250 5.4L SD and want to lift it. I'm new to the truck world and can't figure out if I have a stock 2.5" block in the rear. I have had no luck finding any diagrams of the rear end online. I bought the truck as is and it has 315 tires on it. It sits pretty level with the rear end about 1/2 inch higher than the front. There are what could be considered blocks in the rear, one between the axle and the springs, then one that has what looks like tong that extends to the inside, and there's even one in between the top leaf and the rest of the leafs.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Mike
