I'd check the cabin air filter if you have one. Generally they're located under the dash on the passenger side. If that isn't it, make sure the wiper cowl around the windshield is cleared of all debris (leaves, etc). If need be, take the cowl off (you'll have to remove the wipers) and visually check the intake area.

Topper of the Year: My interior has tiny pieces of fiber coming from a/c vents?
I have tiny pieces of black fiber (fuss) all over my interior. If you stick your finger into the vent, you will get the fiber pieces on it, telling me its coming from the duct system right? Did a factory worker leave a rag in there? Are the inner linning of the duct or seals of the joints velt? help, taking to Ford. I never cleaned it with black rags or material
