trans problem
i`ve got an AOD trans that was rebuilt in 2006. i only drive it on the weekends and to car show close to home. since the rebuild i`ve put only 1600 miles on it and for the last month or so it`s got to not to want to change gears.could the valve body have something to do with it not changing gears?the trans had all new parts put into it when it was rebuilt. the only thing done to the truck since the trans was rebuilt was that i rebuilt the engine. i didn`t do anything to the trans or any of the linkages other than taking the bracket off the throttle body.i`ve checked the fluid to see if was low and it was fine. looks like new fluid it`s clear as clear can get.
