With a heavy lifted truck doing 70+mph I would advise against it, however, I'd get the front end components checked out along with the tires. If you're running oversized tires (I bet you are!), they should be balanced and rotated on a regular basis. If you brake the truck slowly from any speed and feel feedback in the steering wheel, chances are your brake rotors are warped and will need to be replaced.
