Hi, Can anyone help? recently replaced throttle body on 93 F150. Truck now sounds like it is issuing a tornado siren. Idle is high also. Local garage suggested plenum gasket replacement. disconnected belts, so i've eliminated alternator and water pump. can find no vacuum leaks. truck cranks and run ok other than high idle and loud noise-alternator light is on-check engine light came on, but went off. any suggestions? thanks much!

Just a suggestion...is the air intake blocked off in any way? Did you do the work yourself, or was it done at the stealership?
