Check the dealer for any recalls or technical service bulletins on the matter first. If none exist, then check your weather stripping around the hood, especially around the wiper cowl area. Remove any debris that may have accumulated (leaves, etc).
I wouldn't suggest on going through an automated car wash that has an underbody spray. Try for a coin-op only. Also, be sure that the front wheel well liners are not missing, as they deflect moisture and road debris from entering the engine compartment.
