What trans do I have? 94 f150

I have a 1994 Ford F150, 6 cylinder, 2wd, 4 speed with over drive manual transmission. My door jamb sticker under body says C64 under trans says M and under axel says 12. I thought it was an E4od trans, one of my buddy's says otherwise. Just want to make sure. And info is appreciated. Thank you.

Probably an M5R2, the E4OD I believe is an automatic.

Notice there's a tag on it, but you might not be able to read yours (mine's kinda tough)
