Wiring Harness Help...

Hi Guys just want to say thanks for this great place alot of info here. I have a problem with my 96 Ford 150. Heres the story Last Fall I had a small Cab Fire so I replaced the Inside of the Cab with a 1995 Dash Ect. Well today I took it to get the emmissions tested and they told me I needed a OBD Connector for my year. The 1995 Dash I installed in it didn't have that port so they couldn't do the test. I am wondering if anyone can help me find the right spot to tap into the harness or PCM. So far I've traced it to this but aren't sure if this is totally correct. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

I am thinking I only need three wires. Pink/Blue strip #15, Purple #13, Tan/Orange Strip #16. All # are to the PCM. Powertrain Control Module. If anyone can confirm this it would be great.

Also is the 95 to 96 wiring harness really that much differnt??? The reason why I asked is ever since I swapped out dashboards I get this Alfull humming noise comming from the tranmission/transfercase. The reason why I ask I see wires going to the transmission from the PCM

Thanks again...
