hey guys

I have a 2000 f250 with the 5.4. I found a stock 2000 lightning supercharger that i would like to put on my truck. I already plan on keeping the boost low (below 8psi) but what about my cam and injectors will they be able to handle the blower. also i know i will need a custom tune but will that be enough thanks alot guys.

even 8psi (low boost) isn't safe the compression ratio is 8:5:1 for the lightning and i think 10:5:1 for yout truck so if you ever got on it you can kiss your motor good bye! it isn't worth it so either sell your truck and buy a harley truck or a svt truck or just buy the motor from one and swap them.
