Circuit was in the wrong place says Schumacher.

First qualifying at Silverstone yesterday saw an uncharacteristic mistake and a spin from championship leader Michael Schumacher. At least that's what it initially looked like had happened...{br}{br}View the Entire Article{br}

Seeing Schuey's spin from the pre-qual lap it was a complete joke. As Crompton pointed out, he deliberately spun the car as he made no attempt to correct the slide at all (did not use any opposite lock).

However I don't think p4 after qualifying was deliberate, although of course we don't know what fuel loads are in the cars either.
