Mitsubishi Motors Motor Sports has revealed that both Gilles and Hervé Panizzi escaped injury during their accident in special stage 9 this morning. Both crew members were driven to a local hospital by medical personnel in the stage, however, after x-rays, the team can confirm that Gilles is bruised and sore, but has no broken bones.
