LS v6 engine
Hey all,
I've got a lincoln LS v6 w/ manual transmission, had it for about 9 months now and it's probably the best car i've ever driven. Two questions : has anyone had their radio randomly mute? It does this on and off, and i don't know why.
Also, has anybody ever adjusted the tappets on the 3.0 engine? My understanding is that it's not hydraulic, and so just like an old flat-tappet muscle car, the valves should be adjusted once in a while to get rid of the ticking. I figure that since it's got 100k on it I might dig in and see what I can do to the top end.
