Hey Guys i was wondering if there is anyone else out there with a 1980 Escort Ghia. It is a 4 door with a 2L in it i only just purchased the car and i wanted to see some pictures of some other cars to see if mine is up to scratch. I made up a website in about 15 minutes and added a few pics, so if anyone wants a look go to
---> www.escortghia.50megs.com <----- go there and click on the link called "photo page" at th top, the pictures on there are pretty crappy but you can get an idea of what it looks like.
and if people could have a look and tell me what i could do to my car to hot her up a bit and make it better i would really like to know thanks guys

Hey, some dummy put the steering wheel on the wrong side!!
It look's like a nice clean car and that appear's to be the standard 2.0 that Ford used for year's in the Pinto. There use to be plenty of go fast part's available for this engine, so good luck with it.
If you want to see what a crazy man does to an Escort, go to my web page. http://fordexp.freehomepage.com/photo3.html
Keep in mind that this is the American version. EXP 1982

It looks good. It reminds me of my old Escort (1979 2 Litre Ghia). Mine started out "Mint Glaze" Green with a Black Vinyl Roof and Biege Velour Trim. I had it painted Hermitage (Dark Red XD Colour).
Great little car.........
