bkever Registered User Join Date: Dec 2005 Posts: 14	1991 Escort LX battery drain something is draining the battery in my 91 Escort. Car has sat for about 3 years without being started. I finally got it to start after installing a new fuel pump. I notice today that after I turned the key off, there was still power being supplied to certain things in the car like the door chime would still go off like the key was in the ignition and also when trouble shooting the fuel pump problem I had a continous 12 volts to the fuel shut off switch. I am thinking that the Ignition switch needs to be replaced. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks Brian
