mad 1994 Ford Escort Wagon will crank but wont start???

Ok i have a problem that no one else can figure out. Every morning the car will crank but wont fire. But, i can pop start the car. Once it has been pop started it will fire up with the key every time. Once it sits over night same problem. I have replaced the following.... ICM, Plugs, wires, coil pack, cam sensor, Fuel pump, Idle air,TPS, Battery with new termanials. I am totaly puzzled and have spent alot of money trying to correct the problem, and nothing yet. I could use every sugestion.. Please help
