my zx2 just started to have problems shifting from 2nd to 3rd in my automatic tranny.i checked the fluids and they are good.any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

yes, it has been for awhile.i changed the fluid and filter and the car does fine up to 45mph it wont shift at 60 thoughit continues to run at 3000,or 3500,rpm.any suggestions?
