we have a 2002 ford escort se

when you start the engine, the light for airbag turns on on the dashboard than and the first time it blinks for 3 times, than it puases, than it blinks 2 times again, this is all the airbag light on the dashboard, after that it stays one

anyone have any idea ? thank you a lot

So is it the air bag light, or the check engine light?
