Does anyone know if it would be possible to transplant the running gear from a 4x4 sierra into an early 3 door shell?

What body mods would be required.

Also what wheel nuts do I need for the orignal RS cosworth alloys? (the lattice style ones)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how different the shells are, but didn't the very early XR4x4 come out in a 3 door? I also remember reading that Ford built a couple of Sierra Cosworth 4x4 3 doors but scrapped them.

MAXPOWER mag ran a story a few yrs ago about someone who transplanted 4x4 cossie power to a Mk2 Escort, so anything is possible!

As for wheel nuts, any wheel/tyre joint should be able to help you out.
