Thumbs up 98 ford escort a few questions

hey on the 98 ford escorts, the coolant low level sensor ison how do i fix that? where is it located andhow much does it cost? any tutorials? also when i take off fast from a stop forsome reason the parking brake light comes on, stays on, then when i hit about 3rd gear or so it goes off. only does it when taking off. the parking brake is fuly down and isnt on when stopped or driving nomrally or after i hit 3rd gear or a constant speed. extremely wierd. another question is on installing an aftermarket head unit inthe car, i have to buy a dash kit that has the rear defrost button, climate controls and so forth. i knowi use the 2 pin tool to remove it by puttin ght tool in it but how do i get the climate control knobs off just pullor tiwst? then after i remove it, i found the metra dash kit for 39.99 at crutchfield. it says that i have to cut the dashboard and alter it a bit to make this kit fit? is that true? i didnt think i would have to cut the dash to fit it in there? thats extremely weird! let me know on these questions guys thanks a bunch.
