98 Ford Escort Wagon 2L Won't start just cranks

I have a 98 Ford Escort Wagon 2.0L single over head cam and it just died on me one day and when i tried to start it again it ran only for a few seconds then died and it did this twice. I have replaced the Ignition Coil, Spark plug wires, Inertial fuel Switch, Crash detection sensor (center console in the very back near the engine compartment), PCM (center console under the radio near the top of the hump), the FDPM (behind the left wheel well and Plastic), and the Ignition Switch, and a Yellow box with 2 connectors located to the left of the steering column under the box (from the junk yard). After we replaced Ignition switch and the fuel pump and the yellow box and FDPM the fuel pump now makes a humming sound for a few seconds when the key is turned into the on position. but still now spark so we switch out the Crash Detection sensor, then the PCM, then the Inertia Fuel Switch, then the Ignition Coil again and tried to start it after we replaced each one with no success. Then i removed the Constant control Relay Module (under the air filter) and when the key was turned to the on position the fuel pump didn't hum so i put it back in and tried it again and the fuel pump hummed. Right now i am thinking that the Constant Control Relay Module is the source of the problem but i haven't changed it out yet. Oh and when you crank you don't get any spark and the fuel injectors don't work but i tested them and they are all good. I can get the Pictures of items if you want to see them.

Wow No Spark? No fuel to injectors? No spark would be only form a bad Coil Pack...You Changed the PCM ?? Why was that...???

The Pump will Hummmm when you turn the switch on...that is a good sign...Hve you changed the CCRM yet???

One more thing...Have you checked the Timing belt???
