98 zx2 timing belt install

OK, I have seen a similar posting but the pics have been deleted. My 98 zx2 needs timing belt replacement due to failure. (it split widthwise). And I believe it jumped a tooth or 2 on one or both cams, I have it all apart except the timing belt, tensioner etc. and am unsure how to make dead sure it is at TDC. I've read about a "timing peg" that holds the crank in position, but do not know where it goes. And I know there is a "bar" that holds the cams in position, but looking at mine where it would go they are not in alignment.

Can someone post pics, and clarify the few details??? PLEASE

Or direction as to where I can find the info.

THANKS!!
