95 escort - clutch started getting a little spongy not engaging the clutch until I pumped up the pressure. Looked at slave cyl and looked like it was
leaking around the seal. replaced it now I can't seem to get the pressure up. Still does the same type thing have to pump pedal to get pressure.
Looked at the cyl that is under the pedal and it looks like a little oil outside of it, not dripping or anything. I tried to bleed but no luck in getting the pressure to stay?

Sounds about right...but I had something similar with a 96 escort, and it was of all things the "Throw out Bearing"...
