I still say Blue, but I've been thinking about it. My first Escort was yellow, and I loved the look of that, and red Mk II Escorts look good too. I also personally think white Escorts look good, if they're white it's easy to go for the rally car look. But blue is good too.
You've got me thinking about what colour I'd like to get my Escort when it comes time to start making it look a bit more decent...

nicksta...thre were two shades of orange in Oz...burnt orange and big bad orange (honestly). i use to have a burnt orange rally pack. i think it was also a falcon colour, but could be wrong.

I had a Mk II Escort Ghia as my first car. It was originally Mint Glaze Green with a Black Vinyl Roof. I had it painted Hermitage Red (XD Falcon Colour).

P.S. Blue Steel was available on the late Mk II Escorts from the factory.
