Coolant in intake manifold and oil in spark plug holes?

Two questions:

1. I pulled my throttle body to clean my iac and throttle body. I noticed on the bottom of intake manifold a thin layer of oil with a green tint to it. Is this from a leaky head gasket or intake manifold gasket? I might be loosing a little coolant. I have to keep an eye on it. No smoke or coolant in the oil so I guess that is good.

2. I noticed about an inch of oil on two spark plugs (drivers side first two). I assume this is from a leaking valve cover gasket?

Thanks for any input.

I changed out the valve cover gasket today and everything looked good under the valve cover. I think that will take care of my second problem. After pulling the valve cover it was pretty clear the oil leak was coming from the gasket. The gasket looks like this: 1998-2003 Ford Escort Valve Cover Gasket Set - Engine Mechanical - Felpro 98-03 Escort Valve Cover Gasket Set - 5228-07024851 - PartsGeek

Ignore the circles those are the grommets that go around the VC bolts..
