and also does any1 know how much it would cost to get a mark II escort converted to disc brakes?

Which escort motor in particular? the pinto 2 litre, the 1300/1600? 1600 twin cam? 2 litre cossie conversion?

All Mk2 escorts that I have seen here in Oz have disc brake front ends. I presume you are after rear discs?

i'm looking at getting a 2lt pinto for my escort as i have found 1 @ my local wreakers which is all complete including gearbox and everything although missin the radiator and if i get it i want to rebuilt it before putting it in and get a new radiator and i the only shops that i have been to / know of offer engine parts and accessories for cleavos and winsors mainly
