What are the hardest items to buy if you get an incomplete car?Is anything not obtainable?

The hardest parts I found in locating were:

Decent nose cone, as most wrecks had damaged the nose cone; Glove box; Shifter in good nick; Material for the seats; factory air cleaner...

You can find anything, but it takes time and patience.
