Hi, I have a 2000 reg ford escort flight 1600. I am having problems on starting the car . The engine starts fine , but the electrics , ie windows , wipers and indicator will not come on until about 2 mins later .Also when I put my headlights on , the electric clock stops running. It starts fine again once the lights are turned off .Sometimes the indicators and wipers also cut out when driving , but only for a few seconds . Any suggestion ?

Strange prob . all I can suggest is to check all battery connections ,earth between body and power unit and all fuses .
