drmshahid Registered User Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 9	Hard clutch - 1.8 TD escort I have a 1995 model 1.8LTD escort. It has a cable clutch which is very tight (needs a lot of force to push the pedal). All gears work fine. It appears to have an autoadjusting mechanism. Any suggestion as to how I can soften it? Thanks.
