Hey guys... just new to here.. i've got a 1993 Ford Escort LX 1.9L.. my fan wont kick on.... i mean. it kicks on when i start the car.. but then stops and wont come back on.. My temps have been really above normal.. i've checked my fan fuse.. relay.. it's not them... is it.. water pump? temp sending unit or thermostat/thermostat housing???? Could anyone tell me where i can LOCATE my thermostat housing/thermostat... as well as my temp sending unit??? Any helpful tips & tricks on removal would be muchly appreciated.. Im trying to save the car's batter by NOT powering my fan to a toggle switch as the gf has to drive the car too... and i know she'll leave the fan running and kill it and the battery.
