Hello, i'm new hear, but desperate for sum help, i resently was given a 1.8D ford escort van and whnevr it idles the whole van, dash and all shakes like bugery! lol. ive tried adjusting the idle revs, but it only stops shaking at around 1500rpm. can sumone plz help, its realy starting to bug me now. thnkyou very mucch.

Does it smoke at idle? If theres an IAC idle air controller sensor, you'll want to clean it or better yet, replace it.
