can anyone tell me the correct timing procedure for a 2.0 injection pinto.
Or posably email the page from the haynes manual for the timing for a 2.0 injrection pinto from a d registerd granada

Hey!
That's a bitching body kit/paint job!
I've got a mk1 that I'm dropping a Nissan 3l EFI Turbo in to....
I've efi'ed, turboed and supercharged the 2L (not all at once) Have a look here http://www.fordforums.com/showthread.php?t=61936
Is it the ignition timing or engine/cam timing you need help with?

set no 1 cyl TDC,ensure dizzy rotor is facing no1 plug,place a steel rule or parrallel bar across the no 1 cam lobes facing up( valves closed) measure down both sides from rule/bar to the rocker gasket face of head.ensure the measurment is equal,adjust belt either way if required .
put rocker cover back on. fire her up.
use this method several times not dramas.
for best results dyno tune.
