yea its been modified a little
standard bhp 227 but ive fitted
270 bhp chip ,
turbo boost & fuel upgrade
full stainless exhaust
kn induction air cone filter
blow off valve (dump valve)
resulting in following performance ::
0 - 60 mph or same 0 - 100 kph in 4.2 seconds.
fitted these 18 inch alloys still too lower car with firmer suspension. wait untill summer as dont use this car in winter.

Mate that is awesome. I had a friend that tested a modified Cosworth Escort out against a Ferrari 308 gt and this escort blew it away up to 110 kph in a number of runs but it was the ferrari all the way after 110.This escort could haul off the mark and I see your 0-100 is very rapid as well at 4.2 sec.Does the blow off valve help much to keep power up out of the gearchanges. Leather is beaut as well.

I have relocated mine, dosent make much if any perfomance increase .. just great sound :) wooosshhh...tssssshhh :)
Ok.The valve also looks good in the engine bay.I hear a number of WRX Subaru's with the blow off valves around here.
This is off topic but are you a member of a club or know of other Cosworth owners that might be interested in the forum and sharing pic's info etc as it would be great to see and hear more about these cars.
