Info on 1997 Laser Liata GLXI. - Ford Forums

Hi guy's I have found a 1997 laser liata glxi,5 spd, silver with tint and only 50,000klm's, I'm thinking of trading my '88 model laser for it, it look's very clean, does any one have any info on the KJ II laser's, for example any common problem's to look out for, Thank's.

um I know they go pretty hard for a little car. My mates mum has one, we were doing handbrake turns and the like in it.

They are pretty punchy too, saw 160 in 4th. Im not bragging btw, this is seriously the only experience ive had with them

I rate them, I would get one myself if I was in the market. The lynx's are pretty cool too but aren't that mechanicaly better so a GLXi would be the go.

I went and had a look at it today, it look's very neat,now all I have to do is convince myself into saying goodbye to the old laser to make way for the new.
