motorcodes 2,4 V6 ??? - Ford Forums

Hi
I need to know differenses between 2,9 and 2,4 V6 engines.
I mean motor codes and numbers.
I must give my 2,9 id as an 2,4.
please help me.

I have already find out the codes.
Its ARD for 2,4 and BRD for 2;9

I must apologise that no one was able to help or at least answer. This part of the forum isn't well represented at the moment, but hopefully one day that might change. The mod of this section is on holidays, so when he returns I will make sure he says hello.

Thanks for answer.
Now i need some kind of official fordpapers showing power and torque on engine with motorcode ARD (2,4i V6).
Were to get one, ford here in sweden will not help.

In australia we have lots of enthusiast, who have devoted web-sites to fords. Found some by entering relavent data in a search engine and spending time going through them.
perhaps you could try the same at your end and see what comes up. Anything is worth a try.

Also, welcome to the forums. This is my first time in this section of the forums as i spend all my time in the australian section.
