I heard a rumour once that a red badge meant it was built in a specific site in germany???? But then again every one can change the colour of the badge if they want to these days .

Troy a word of caustion , remember that neon lights are illegal when the car is in motion as it is a distraction for other drivers so if you make one fit a switch aswell . But do tell once its done as its a nice idea !!
