its pretty simple, first determint where the top is on each one (new + old) mark the top, write down what order the plugs are in on the dizzy (eg: 1,4,2,3) and pull them off, undo any other wires (unless your keeping the cap and replacing the rotor, in this case leave plugs on) undo the cap (2 clips on the sides) and pull off ou of the way, then undo the 1 bolt that is holding it in and pull it out look at the way its facing (little pin) as it will only fit back in 1 way once its in replace the bolt (keep loose) and cap along with plugs, get someone to start the car and the other adjust the timing (turn dizzy back and forth at a slow pace) till the car runs then slowly adjust the timing to a desent level and tighten bolt, take for a drive to make sure timing is ok. hope this helps
