escortgt Registered User Join Date: Oct 2004 Age: 32 Posts: 3	Need help turbocharging an escort Hi I am in the process of turbo charging my 1988 escort project car but I want to know if I should #1 use a FMU ( fuel managment Unit) with an APEXI SAFC ( air fuel contoller) or buy a ford thunderbird turbo computer, MAF,and #35 injectors and install them but the only problem I have is would I have to change the engine harness to do the the thunderbird swap.
