Lightbulb Need spark plug gap for '93 Escort LX

I do not have the owner's manual, and the stickers under the hood are un-readable. I found a site that mentioned .054 - does that sound correct?

I take it thats an imperial measurement, which works out at 1.35mm (sounds very big to me), give us a clue- WHAT ENGINE IS IT?!
