Ok so I called Orielys and they told me there was no such thing but then gave me a name of "Blower Motor Resistor" Is this the same thing as what Bert is talking about?
A blower motor resistor is the device by which a
car's heating and air conditioning unit controls the fan speeds. There are two different types--the resistor wire type that uses a different size coil of wire for each fan speed with different resistances and the printed circuit board with a fully integrated circuit. Both units are located in the same location, which is in the immediate proximity of the blower motor. They are always a small unit, usually 2 inches by 3 inches. The first unit, which is the series of different size coils, is mounted on a small flat non-conductive plate and the second has a circuit board on a plastic base plate.
