Gotta keep the pinto in it, Awsome engine and imoit would perform better ^_^

I saw a old mkI cortina the other day a 1800 V8, we were in my dads Car Ford Probe and this Cortina still had the original pinto engine it gave us a good run for our money which was prtty good ^_^

Have to admit if its a genuine RS car i.e a RS2000 or a mkII mexico etc then yeah try and keep the mods sensible to keep the authenticity of the car but if it used to be a 1300E then I say GO FOR IT AND ROAST A SCOOBIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As 28s3 say's.If it isn't something special then go for it and put a cossie in it.There was a Mk1 escort with a sierra cosworth engine that went very very well in our targa rally.
