Question Sierra -88 rough idle

Sierra -88 SOHC fuel injection, with intermittent rough idle problem. Sometimes the RPM on idle can vary up to 400-500 rpm.
I've replaced the idle valve-no luck. fuel pressure is OK, the exhaust return thing..!? disconnected, still no luck.
Has anyone had trouble with the manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP)? If so, did the engine behave like above?
Is it possible to disconnect the MAP and run the engine?
The MAP has nr E7EF-9F479-A2A, is it possible to replace it with nr E6EF-9F479-A1A??

fordever
