I have a 95 escort. no tail lights, brake lights, inside dome lights, etc. Is there a fusible link that is connected to these areas?

Under the hood on the drivers side is a fuse box. The one that has BTN marked on the cover handles those circuits. The 3rd fuse from the clip side. If it's a 1.8, it should be a 60 amp, and if a 1.9, it should be a 49 amp.
