Zx2 Dash Cluster is working.

I am at a loss here. I have a 1998 Zx2. last week all my gauges stopped working, except my Speedometer. I have quickly checked all of my electrical connection and even bought a cluster at the local junkyard. Is there a BCM on the vehicle that controls the cluster. I have checked all of the fuses. and gave the wiring a quick once over. If anyone out there has dealt with this before, any help would be greatly appreciated

I can't find anything saying they had a body control module, have you verified your grounds? Not sure what gauges you have, but oil and water temp are just resistance to grounds.

Re: Zx2 Dash Cluster is working.

Not sure if this applies to your car fault or not ,they sometimes use different names for BCM ( if that IS the fault) ..

the PCM is located at the bottom of the center dash (behind cup holders)
the EEC is located underneath the air filter canister also there is a 3rd fuse box which is located actually above the fuse box under the dash, u actually got to get on your knees and look up above the regulaur fuse box. i've had at least 10 zx2's in my life time and parted some of them out and right now im driving 2. so i kinda know where everything is located. hope this can help u.
