My wife just bought a 05 Five hundred about 3 weeks ago. The weather was cool so we didn't use the A/C very much for the first week or so. But when we use it now it will start out cold then the passenger side will blow hot air out almost like the temp for that side is set to max heat. The driver side will still blow cold. It doesn't matter if we use the dual climate control or the regular climate control or just the A/C the passenger side will start to blow hot air unless we have the temp. set all the way down to 60. We took it back to the dealer and they scanned it and told us they can't find anything wrong. I have seen that there was a TSB for the mixing door could this be the problem? Has anyone had this problem?

I'm sure the blend door is stuck. By the sounds of it, there are two, one controlling the driver's side and the other, the passenger side. It's an easy fix, but TIME CONSUMING.
