Despite the camouflage, there's no mistaking this test vehicle as anything but The 2005 Ford Five Hundred.
The Chicago-built Five Hundred, code named D258, has obvious European influences in its overall design. Powered by a Duratec 3.0-liter V6, the Five Hundred will be offered with either a six-speed automatic transmission, or a CVT. Front wheel drive will be standard, with an all wheel drive option available.
The Five Hundred will be sharing its platform with the future Freestyle crossover and is expected to be at dealers sometime in 2004. Prices are anticipated to be in the $25,000 to $30,000 range.

My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe. Why did I get rid of these cars for ? I know why, because I'm stupid, stupid, stupid.
