I just picked a very nice 2006 Five Hundred, but I don't know which tranny it has. I don't see a dip stick, but is there a way to find out through the VIN? If so, how can I get that information.

Does it shift with noticable RPM drops or does it slowly raise in RPM with vehicle speed increase, with out a noticable shift???
